About Arbor

No family should have to navigate Medicaid alone.

Arbor Medicaid Solutions prepares and files long-term care Medicaid applications for families and the facilities that care for their loved ones. We focus on states where eligibility is decided county by county, where knowing the local office matters as much as knowing the rules. We work entirely by phone, email, and secure upload.

Our experience

We know what the county looks for, because we have done the county's side of the review.

Our team has worked on long-term care Medicaid eligibility since 2017. Much of that time went to reviewing chronic care cases for more than a dozen New York counties: nursing home applications, trusts, self-employment income, and forensic reviews of active Medicaid investigations. In that role the job is to reach a decision the county can defend at a fair hearing.

We have also worked with nursing homes and other application organizations to set up how they handle eligibility, from the first referral to the approval letter. Part of that work is getting records straight from banks, insurers, pension providers, and the IRS instead of waiting on the family to find them.

Arbor brings both sides of that experience to your application. We built our case system around the same standards a county reviewer uses, so the file is complete before it goes in. For your family, that means fewer requests for missing records, look-back questions answered before the county asks them, and someone who stays with the application until a decision comes back.

How we work

Plain answers

We tell families what we see in the first call, including when Medicaid isn't the right path yet.

One person, one fee

A named case manager and a price that holds, from the first document to the determination.

Finish the job

We aren't done when the application is filed. We're done when the county issues a decision.

Where we file

We start in New York and serve other states where long-term care Medicaid is administered through county offices. Start your application and we will confirm we cover your county.
