Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Arbor Medicaid Solutions LLC ("Arbor," "we," "us") collects through arbormedicaid.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, send it through our intake form and say in the notes that it is about privacy.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the two forms on this site.

When you start an application, we ask for your name, phone number, email, your relationship to the applicant, the applicant's name, the state and county, the care setting, how soon care is needed, the best time to call, and any notes you add.

When a facility refers a resident, we ask for the facility name, the referrer's name, work email and phone number, the resident or family contact, and any notes.

Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or medical records in these forms. If we work together, your case manager will tell you how to send documents securely.

How we use it

We use what you send to contact you, answer your questions, provide a free consultation, and, if you hire us, prepare and file your Medicaid application. When a facility refers a resident, we may let the facility know where the referral stands. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions for us. We use Google Workspace for email. Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. These companies handle information under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. When you fill out the application form, your browser briefly remembers your first name so the thank-you page can greet you. That stays on your own device and clears when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to respond to you and provide our services, and as long as the law or our business records require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through our intake form, say in the notes that it is a privacy request, and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
